Last night over 100 engaged business professionals stepped into Fruits Sydney, the Pride Business Association’s monthly networking event for LGBTQIA+ business owners and professionals.
On Thursday evening, like we do every third Thursday of the month, PBA members and guests gathered at Mezzanine House for an evening filled with conversation, connection, and community. Attendees enjoyed canapés and drinks while building meaningful relationships, exchanging ideas, and sparking collaborations that will carry into the season ahead.
This month, those who attended InsurePride’s “Make Your Money Werk with Angelo Baronessa” enjoyed complimentary entry to Fruits Sydney. This a partnership that reminded us of the power of learning, sharing, and supporting each other as a community.

The spotlight session continues to be one of the most exciting parts of the night, giving members 60 seconds to introduce their business to the room. This month, we featured two dynamic members:

There’s a lot to look forward to for the rest of 2025! PBA President took the stage to give a rundown of what’s to come.
Alongside our regular Fruits evenings in Sydney (third Thursday each month) and Parramatta (first Thursday every second month), we have a calendar packed with connection, learning and community.

Expect more Lemons, Long Table Breakfasts, and special networking events, including the PBA Education Fund Scholarship Awards Night & Comedy for a Cause on October 9. We’ll also be back with Buy Rainbow, our LGBTQIA+ small business fair, providing a marketplace and platform for queer business owners and makers on October 25 at Paddington Town Hall.
