The Pride Business Association’s September edition of Fruits Parramatta was another memorable evening of connection, conversation, and community spirit in Western Sydney.
Hosted at our usual home, Bar30 Deck at PARKROYAL Parramatta, the event brought together a wonderful mix of LGBTQIA+ professionals and allies. With the spring weather hinting at warmer days ahead, the evening had a truly welcoming energy. Attendees were engaged, networking flowed naturally, and new connections blossomed over food and drinks.
Community, Connection, and Conversation
The evening was expertly hosted by PBA Business Associate Stephen Haggett, whose warmth and energy set the tone for the night. Stephen welcomed both regulars and first-time guests, ensuring that everyone felt at ease and included.
Adding to the sense of occasion was a special surprise appearance from Ken Krell, also known as The Pride Nomad. Ken has been travelling the globe documenting his adventures through his popular newsletter, and it was a delight for guests to hear stories from his travels and to have him join in the Parramatta networking fun.
