On a crisp winter evening in the heart of Western Sydney, Bar30 Deck at PARKROYAL Parramatta came alive with laughter, connection and community as the Pride Business Association hosted its monthly Fruits Parramatta networking event.

Welcoming LGBTQIA+ professionals, entrepreneurs, and allies from across the region and beyond, the evening offered more than just drinks and canapés: it was a celebration of visibility, inclusivity, and meaningful business conversations. PBA Members were treated to complimentary entry and a drink on arrival, with happy hour prices flowing all night long, and everyone was in the running for fabulous door prizes.

The event was hosted by PBA Business Associate Stephen Haggett, who – as always – ensured the atmosphere stayed light, bright and buzzing. The energy in the room was high as Vice President Ricky Hamilton took the mic to spotlight upcoming PBA events, including this Saturday’s Walk and Lunch, Lemons, our next monthly Long Table Breakfast, and of course, Fruits Sydney on Thursday July 17.

In an exciting first for the Western Sydney crowd, July’s event saw the introduction of the Members Spotlight – a popular feature at Fruits Sydney, now expanding west. Taking to the mic was our inaugural Parramatta spotlight speaker: Matt Pirozzi, Mortgage and Finance Broker at KL Private Clients
Matt delivered a slick 60-second pitch, showcasing his expertise in navigating complex mortgage transactions for high net-worth clients. With a strong focus on communication and strategic planning, Matt’s message was clear: if you’re buying, refinancing or just need clarity: he’s your guy.
